Not sure what I did, but now my gets stuck on the Samsung screen when I turn it on. I was using custom roms before and might have did something wrong.

Based on what you told me, you might have to resort to restoring back to stock. Flash a stock Samsung rom with Odin and you'll be good to go again. If you didn't have your files on the phone backed up, they'll be deleted after it finishes restoring. Tough luck
Are my sd card files going to be deleted???
They won't be deleted but I recommend taking out both your sim and sd card when you flash with Odin to be on the safe side.
