Forum Thread: Play Store Error

My friend flashed a new rom on my phone and I'm getting a Play store server error. We're stuck on how to fix it. I can get apps if I use my computer, but it's not working on the phone. Any advice?

There may be a few things you need to do, but try this:

Goto Settings > Application Manager > slide right to "All" > scroll down to Google Play services, click it, and click on Clear Data.

Go back to the application list, select Google Play store, and clear data there as well. Now go to the Play store and see if that works.
