I just flashed a new TW rom but my data isn't working. I tried updating the PRL and Profile but it doesn't do anything. Anything else I can try?

Your device may need to be provisioned again. Easy to do...go to your dialer and type ##72786#.
Alternatively, go to Settings, More Settings (under Wireless and Network), Mobile Networks. Press Network Mode and select "CDMA". Your phone will reboot. When it's done, go to Settings, scroll down to System Update and update PRL and Profile.
Now, go back to Network Mode and select CDMA/LTE, your phone will reboot, and update PRL and Profile again.
