Sir Please Assist: I Purchased A New Battery For My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 BUT IT ONLY GOES ON AND OFF. I Switched It Off. Charging for long but still indicates Battery 0%, Going On And Off. I i put back the Old Battery, it works Perfect - PLEASE HELP

If your old battery works, and your new one doesn't, then it more than likely is a bad battery. I would say you need to clean the charging port, but since your old battery works fine, I'm not sure (it worked for this guy). A higher mAh isn't bad, but if it's a generic battery, they usually are pretty low quality, and the mAh isn't even correct. I would try and get an OEM replacement battery, and if you still have issues, you know it's not the battery anymore.
