Try a 3rd party music app. Turn off Voice Commands for Music. That should fix it.

I get this too, where do I find voice commands?

Older versions had it in the Language & Keyboard section of the Settings. Newer versions have this in Settings for S Voice.

Found it, thanks. For me, it was in S Voice settings.
