Forum Thread: Is It Possible to Back Up All App and Game Data, Root, and Then Restore All Data?

Hello i'm new to rooting, but i'm not technically incompetent i have found plenty of guides, and it definitely isn't beyond me. Short of deciding which ROM to use i'm all ready. Just don't want to lose all my settings and game progress!
