Forum Thread: Code 10 Error

I've been having problems connecting my phone to my PC. I tried different ports and new cables but it still doesn't work. I even tried my friends S3 and same thing.

I tried doing some research online and found that I'm getting a "Code 10 Error". Has anyone heard of this or know how to fix it?

Unfortunately, this is more of a problem with your PC than anything else.

First, update/install Samsung drivers. If that doesn't work, you're going to have to get a little dirty.

Restart your PC and go to BIOS settings. It can be a little different for every computer, so just google how to get to BIOS on yours.

Once there, find "USB Legacy Support" and disable it. Save and restart, plug in your phone and see if it recognizes.
