What about the Samsung Galaxy S2? Why am I not finding
any articles on this particular Samsung model? Is it so outdated already?

I know there are many users of this phone out there still, so how about it? Not out to pasture yet! Gimme' a break people!

Great point! And with the capabilities of devices these days, the S2 is still a solid smartphone. Is there anything in particular you'd like you learn?

In general, most of our How-To's, especially for the S3, can be applied to the S2. Of course, a lot of our guides involve processes that can only be done with root, so that may be a good first step.
