Microphone Issues

Does anyone else have a hard time with calls where the other person always has a hard time hearing you? I have my volumes all the way up but that doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm thinking about taking it back but wanted to see if there was anything I could do?

I definitely had the same issue with mine but there's a quick fix that worked for me.

Go to the dialer and hit Menu, then go to Settings and Additional Setting. From there, turn off Noise Reduction. You should try this before you take it back.

Cool I think that worked! While I'm at it, I have another question; can I make it so that the screen doesn't turn off when I'm on a call?

I searched on every forum on internet and eventually end up fixing this by checking whether the phone case is blocking the microphone port hole.
