Have you tired formatting it with the phone plugged into your computer?
Yeah I tried that. Still doesn't work. Phone doesn't want to see the sd card.
Take out your sd card and plug it directly into your computer. Download EaseUS Partition Manager and install it. Use it to format your sd card to FAT32. It should fix your problem.
I'll give it a try.
As long as the memory card isn't corrupted, this should work.
