The Billboard Charts have been a measurement of commercial success for pop songs since roughly the time that radios became a household item. In its modern form, Billboard ranks the sales and performance of all singles with its "Hot 100" chart, as well as many other genre-specific rankings.
Just recently, developer Vibin Reddy created an app that lets you to keep your finger on the pulse of today's hottest tracks with incredible ease. Billy, as it's called, allows you to browse and stream the top 20 songs from Billboard's Hot 100 and a few other pop charts.
Installing Billy
Billy is available for free on the Google Play Store, and no signup or subscription is required. Search it by name to get it installed, or head here to jump straight to the install page.

Billy's main menu is a vertically-scrolling list of the current Top 20 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. You can swipe left and right to view additional Top 20 lists—Pop, Rock, and Dance.
When you've found a song that you're ready to check out, go ahead and tap it. The single's cover art is displayed up top, and information about the artist, as well as the music video, is displayed further down the page.
Use the Play Button on a single's cover art to begin streaming any song. Playback can be controlled through an ongoing notification, so you're free to browse while you listen to the latest hits.
